The Executive Women’s Alliance, as an integral part of the Alliance for Excellence, works with corporations and individuals to retain and advance women in leadership positions.

As Dr. Carol Gallagher discovered in her informative research, women corporate executives deeply desire connection and communication with their peers. They also want to give something forward—to help other talented women rise to the top levels in their careers. The Executive Women’s Alliance (EWA) was created to provide forums to make this happen.

The EWA was founded by Dr. Gallagher in 1996. By bringing women executives together as a community and working with corporations and individuals, the EWA shares the wisdom of successful business leaders to advance more women into the executive ranks. The EWA provides valuable forums for executive women to connect with each other as well as programs for sharing their experiences, insights and strategies with women who aspire to higher levels of responsibility.
