Leadership Alliance
For mid-management women looking to develop their skills and leverage their talents, EWA offers the Leadership Alliance. This year-long, in-depth program offers ongoing and interactive sessions which dispel the myths commonly associated with women’s advancement—replacing them with the realities of proven practices, successful strategies, lessons learned and expert advice.
Based on Dr. Gallagher’s illuminating research and personalized activities aimed toward each woman’s specific goals, participants examine the winning behaviors and success factors that are critical to lead large organizations.
The Leadership Alliance offers three levels of professional assessment and coaching:
Individual: Participants engage in a rigorous 360-degree feedback process focusing on results, style, perception and areas for development.
Organizational: Through targeted informational interviews within their organizations, participants gain a better understanding of their company’s culture, norms and core competencies necessary for executive advancement.
Cross-organizational: During interactive Leadership
Alliance sessions and conference calls, participants discuss critical
business issues with their peers and their personal "Board of Directors."
